Elevated Plan Management are Independent Plan Managers located in the Illawarra NSW, however, we service participants Australia Wide.
Having first hand knowledge of the difficulties that participants face with accessing supports and services, we understand the need for a service that will reduce the stress and pressure that comes with navigating NDIS plans, budgets and the overall administration requirements. Our team looks forward to assisting participants, near and far, on their journey with NDIS.

Our founder, Penny Michie is a business woman, a wife, a mumma to two amazing neurodivergent teenagers and a furbaby.
Penny has extensive bookkeeping and administration knowledge and a passion to help others in need which lead the way for our journey into NDIS Plan Management.
Unlike other Plan Managers, our foundations were built from personal experiences with NDIS plans through our very own families and friends.
Having seen first hand how difficult it is for so many NDIS Participants to access the supports they required to enable them to have the independence they deserve drove us to create Elevated Plan Management.
Billee-Jean plays a very important role here at Elevated Plan Management.
Her mission, that she takes very seriously, is to identify when we need a mental health break (i.e. pat Billee-Jean time).
If Billee believes you need a break, you need to take your break!
Billee can also be found snoring on her bed, playing zoomies or playing the stare game while you’re eating your lunch – she only loses if someone drops their lunch! hehe
